Individual Therapy for Children, Teens, and Young Adults
Children and Teens are on a journey that can be extremely exciting, fun, and awe inspiring. At the same time, they have a great number of challenges that are uniquely their own. They have access to far more information and safety issues than ever before. With suicide and self- harm being a prevalent issue in our teens lives joining them where they are on their journey is an opportunity to help them find alternative skills to keep on growing. Individual and group sessions available age 0-24.
